CLIFF’s Clara McDonnell joined the 2023 Intersections of Finance and Society Conference this September in Brussels, where she took part in a panel on ‘Breaking down the Finance-Carbon nexus’. The panel brought together academics and activists, including representatives from Fridays for Future, Fossil Free London, and ShareAction, into a dialogue on the barriers and opportunities for tackling climate action in the financial sector.
