Report: Given the existential threats currently facing the planet and humanity, a new Global Constitution that sets out the rights and responsibilities of all humans, communities, companies and governments is proposed. What should the key elements of such a new Constitution be? How can it pre-empt new challenges in the future? As part of  Dr Kirsteen Shields’s EFI MSc Planetary Health Governance course, discuss the work on planetary boundaries thinking – that humanity must operate within not only safe but also just limits and explain how the principles of a new global constitution may transition into meaningful change and what may be the obstacles.
