Role: Keynote Speaker. The opening event will bring together a diverse group of stakeholders from the city, including representatives from the academic and international communities in The Hague. It will explore how efforts made in The Hague connect to COP29 in the context of the city working to become climate neutral, and as the international city of peace and justice. The event will address climate justice, the interconnections between local, national, and international climate action, and European efforts such as the EU Mission ‘100 Climate Neutral and Smart Cities by 2030′ that the city is a member of.
