Build on the opening keynote by climate envoy Jaime de Bourbon who will focus on the Neterlands’ international climate strategy, and then a session by Dr. Philip Pattberg (professor Transnational Environmental Governance and Policy at VU) who will give more of a broad overview on climate governance and the COPs.
